Hi, trying to think of what to pack, first time cruisers. 3 night bahamas cruise/ dream.do we need beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner. Veranda room will it be a private deck, deck 8.all adults,is the couch a bed? comfy? many thanks!!

    Welcome back, Stacey!

Disney Cruise Line makes sailing the high seas very easy, so they've taken care of so much for you already, so check out their packing suggestions! No need to bring beach towels. There are towels for guest use available on the pool deck. When you get to Castaway Cay, there will be Cast Members handing out towels as you leave the ship for use on the island that day. And if you take a Port Adventure that involves water, there will be towels for the adventure when you check in for the adventure onboard that day. So, save room in your luggage and use the towels that Captain Mickey provides!

Each stateroom has a hairdryer for guest use. Usually it's in the drawer of the desk/dresser, so that's where to look. I'm kinda picky about hairdryers, and I've always found the provided one to be great for my hair. Oh, and shampoo and conditioner. Do not bring your own. Disney Cruise Line provides guests with my all time favorite bath products. They have their own line of H2O products just for Disney cruisers, and it is simply heavenly. When we have extra mini bottles leftover from our cruise, I adore using them at home and reminiscing about our amazing time at sea. The scent just brings me back! You will love it! They also provide bath soap, hand and face soap and body lotion.

The stateroom couch converts into a single bed, and depending on which stateroom you have, another may pull out of the ceiling above it creating bunk beds. Honestly, I haven't spent a whole night on them, because our kids sleep there, but just snuggling with my kiddos on the bed has been super comfy, so I think you'll enjoy it. The queen size bed is simply luxurious!

    Have such fun planning, Stacey!
