I am trying to make my theme park reservations, but I get the following message: Note the Issues with These Guests

    Heigh-Ho Heather,

I am sorry to hEAR some trickery is occurring while trying to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. Once Guests have purchased their Walt Disney World tickets be sure the tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience profile and assigned to a Guest. When assigning to Guests, who have their own My Disney Experience profile, make sure you have requested them to join your Family & Friend List, this can all be done in your My Disney Experience profile. If they do not have one and you are going to manage all the plans then you will need to add the Guests yourself so they are on your Family & Friend list.  Another suggestion is to switch web browsers. I can't pretend to know why but sometimes these finicky contraptions need a change of venue.

If, however, your tickets are linked and assigned and you have tried a different web browser then it is time to speak to a Cast Member. Guests needing some tech-savvy assistance should call (407) 934-7639. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I would call earlier rather than later because Cast Members are dealing with a high call volume. Feel free to reach back out to us, at planDisney, for any further assistance. Check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
