I am trying to speak to someone to purchase tickets (I'd rather order over the phone if possible). What is the contact number?

    Hi Jason! Welcome to planDisney!

Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up so quickly! You and your party must be getting very excited!  Now is a perfect time to visit the Resort because it's currently celebrating its 50th Anniversary and there are so many new attractions and shows to take in! If you haven't visited in a few years, make sure to check out some of my new favorites like Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT!

While the Walt Disney World Resort website does make it quick and easy to purchase your Theme Park Tickets online, I understand that sometimes speaking to a real, live Cast Member is important. Because there are so many new and exciting things happening around the Resort, wait times may be longer than expected, but don't worry, you'll be treated to some of your favorite Disney tunes while you wait.  Calling the "New Reservations" line at (407)-939-7679 should put you in touch with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can take care of your ticket purchase.

If you end up changing your mind about speaking to someone on the phone, you can always use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World website.  In the Help Center, you'll see an icon with the word "Chat" next to it.  While you won't be listening on a phone, you will still get immediate back-and-forth conversational help with your purchase and you can ask any other questions that may arise while you're chatting.

One more thing! After you purchase your Theme Park tickets, make sure to make Park Pass Reservations to go with them! Now, all Guests entering one of the four Theme Parks need both a Park Pass Reservation and a valid Theme Park Ticket.  Making reservations online is easy, and you'll be able to see each Park's availability before setting your itinerary in stone. If you choose to purchase the Park Hopper Option ticket, you and your party will be able to bounce from one Park to any (or all!) of the others in one day.  However, you'll only need a Park Pass Reservation for the first Park you plan on attending each day.

I hope you're able to speak to someone quickly and that a friendly Cast Member is able to secure your tickets for your magical vacation!

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
