Welcome to planDisney, Carlixta! Booking your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is so exciting! Congratulations!
A Walt Disney World Resort vacation package includes a room at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and theme park tickets. Guests also have the option of adding the Disney Dining Plan to their package! Disney’s Magical Express bus service is no longer available as part of a vacation package.
Guests can now choose a service that is most convenient for them. The service that I choose most frequently is a bus service that is operated by the same company that operated Disney’s Magical Express.
You can find the bus service by following this link on the Walt Disney World Resort website. When the page opens, click on the link at the bottom page that states, "Learn more about transportation options from Orlando International Airport to Disney Resort hotels." The link will navigate you away from the
Walt Disney World Resort website to a website with convenient transportation options!
The bus company offers service directly from Orlando International Airport to hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection! There is a “standard” service that will take you from the airport to your resort hotel, but the bus stops at multiple resort hotels. There is an “express” service that will take you from the airport directly to your resort hotel without additional stops. This service is a little more expensive than the standard service. I find the standard service to be very reasonably priced. I also don’t mind getting to see some other resort hotels if my hotel doesn’t happen to be the first stop. You can book one-way or round-trip! I just booked the round-trip service yesterday for an upcoming visit!
Of course, Carlixta, don't forget that once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, you have
complimentary transportation! As a Guest of the Walt Disney World Resort, you have access to the Monorail, Disney Skyliner, buses, and boats! All of which will get you to all the magic!
Dreams do come true!
