I am sorry to hEAR some very unmagical trickery is occurring while trying to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Once Guests have purchased their Walt Disney World tickets be sure the tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience profile and assigned to the correct Guests. Guests can make, modify and cancel their Disney Park Pass reservation both online and in the
app. Another suggestion is to switch
web browsers. I can't pretend to know why but sometimes these finicky websites need a change of venue.
If, however, your tickets are linked and assigned and you have tried a different web browser then it is time to speak to a Cast Member. Guests needing some tech-savvy assistance should call (407) 934-7639. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I would call earlier rather than later because Cast Members are dealing with a high call volume.
