    When trying to reserve using my mothers in law card to pay for our tickets it say that I need to have a card with a Florida Address, how do I go about this?

    It sounds like you are planning to take advantage of a special ticket offer for Florida residents for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this week!  The holiday season is such a wonderful time to visit -- with all the beautiful decorations, festive entertainment, and yummy holiday snacks, there is definitely an extra layer of magic!

    All Guests ages 18 and over must be able to provide proof of Florida residency when purchasing, picking up, or using discounted Florida Resident tickets.  If you have a Florida driver's license or Florida ID, you should to able to verify residency during the checkout process.  If you cannot provide proof of Florida residency when completing your online transaction, you will need to present valid proof of Florida residency when picking up your tickets at will call.

    If you are having trouble purchasing your tickets online, try calling the New Tickets line at (407) 939-7679 for assistance in purchasing tickets over the phone.
