    I am trying to reserve two rooms at one of the hotels but it will not let me add another room

    Welcome to planDisney, Jenna!  How exciting that you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for later this year!

    It sounds like you are trying to make a reservation for a Disney Resorts Collection hotel online at DisneyWorld.com.  At this time, the online booking system will only allow you to put one room in your cart at a time.  If you need 2 rooms, you'll need to make a separate reservation for each room that you are booking.  Be sure when booking that you do not duplicate any Guest names on the reservations.  When you get to the checkout page, you will see "Room and Amenity requests".  Click that link, and you should be able to request a nearby room or a room with a connecting door.  Do this when making each reservation.  Keep in mind that nearby or connecting rooms are only a request and not a guarantee, but in my experience, Cast Members will do their best to honor your request.

    If you prefer, you may contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936.  A helpful booking agent will be able to assist you with reserving two rooms.
