    Hiya, Kristin! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth this July! If you're anything like me, sometimes I think I love PLANNING for my vacation almost as much as I love being ON vacation. Imagining where I want to dine always keep me feeling extra magical. As my friend Cinderella says, "They can't order me to stop dreaming!"

Kristin, it sounds like you have some incredible restaurants you'd like to visit on your upcoming trip! My husband and I love Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park. These are two magical character dining experiences that will add a little extra pixie dust to your vacation!

Making advance dining reservations is an important step to make sure you're able to dine at your desired restaurants. To do this, log into your My Disney Experience account and search for your first restaurant. Click "Check Availability," then select your date, time, and party size. Since these are two popular restaurants, you may want to shift your times just a bit to see if more availability opens up. Kristin, sometimes I even like to keep a tab open on my browser to check back a few times a day, then I can snap up my desired reservations as I see availability!

However, if you are unable to make these reservations, I have a few more character dining options that you and your travel party may love. Garden Grill Restaurant in EPCOT is an incredible spot for either lunch or dinner! You'll be able to see Mickey, Pluto, and Chip 'n' Dale! Our other favorite experience is Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. There's nothing like seeing Mickey, Goofy, Daisy, and Donald in their best safari outfits!

While you're putting the finishing touches on your vacation, make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. Also, take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app before you arrive. This app is a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food.

I hope I was able to help you today, Kristin! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

Faith, trust, and pixie dust -
