Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, Jared!
Here at
planDisney, we love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true! I wish, like the Fairy Godmother I had a magic wand I could wave and instantly solve any technical issues. Since I do not, we will have to settle for me walking you through the theme park reservation process with the hope that Stitch doesn’t continue to wreak havoc on your progress.
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park are reopening with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. All Guests will be required to obtain a theme park reservation through the new
theme park reservation system in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required. Please check the
Theme Park Reservations Availability calendar to ensure the dates you are trying to reserve are available.
If you are not a California resident with a California address affiliated with your Disney account, this may be the cause of the trouble you are facing. You will have to keep wishing upon a star until we hear
theme park reservations are available to out-of-state residents. I’ll be right there wishing with you, friend! Until then, keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Disneyland Resort Updates page for announcements about out-of-state Guests being able to make theme park reservations to visit
The Happiest Place on Earth!
