Hello, I am trying to make reservations on theme parks, on the calendar it shows Magic Kingdom is not available but the website still allowed me to make reservations on that day, is that mean our access will be granted at the gate?

Hello, Yunyan! Welcome to planDisney. I'm sure you're looking forward to your visit to Walt Disney World Resort later this month.

Before your Disney vacation, I would verify you have a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom on the day you plan to visit. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a theme park reservation, along with valid admission for the same park on the same date.

Your current theme park tickets and theme park reservations can be found on the My Plans page of My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, sign in to your account on disneyworld.com or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Also, some tickets may not automagically appear in My Disney Experience. To verify that your tickets are linked, you can visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page.

If you need further assistance, you can contact the Disney Reservation Center. To speak with a Cast Member, call 407-566-4985 or send an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. Please keep in mind that the call volume may be very high, however, a Cast Member will be more than happy to help you when they can.
