Hi Hieu,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with linking your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. I'd be happy to try to help you with that, and also point you in the right direction for making reservations for both the theme parks and restaurants.
First, are you sure that your ticket is unused? If any days on it have been used by another Mouseketeer, you won't be able to link it to your account as tickets are nontransferable. If you're certain it's a new ticket, though, it
should be able to be linked to your account. I'd try
linking it again here, and if you continue to have troubles, I'd go ahead and give a
Cast Member who specializes in existing tickets a call. They'll have access to much more information and can help get everything squared away for you!
Once your ticket is successfully linked to your account, you'll be able to make
Disney Park Pass reservations, which are required for admission into the theme parks. If you happen to have the
Park Hopper option tickets, you'll make a reservation for the first theme park you plan on visiting. Once you've entered that park, you'll be able to hop to other ones beginning at 2 PM each day.
There's no need to wait for your ticket to get straightened out to be able to make your dining reservations, though!
Dining reservations may be made 60 days in advance, so you're already within your booking window for your visit. I'd encourage you to check out all of the
delicious options and make your reservations as soon as possible. If there's something that sounds yummy and it's not currently available, don't give up! Guests make changes to their plans all the time, and you could find availability opens up...especially the week of your trip.
I hope this helps, Hieu! I'm sending pixie dust that your itinerary comes together perfectly so that all of your Disney dreams come true during your trip! If you have any other questions, please come back and see us again at planDisney. Have a fantastic vacation this
spring!
Missy
