I am trying to make a reservation now with SoCal resident ticket (3-Day, 1 park Per Day Ticket) and the site is not allowing me. can you give me a step by step run down. The date is now May 1st and it says this ticket type should still be valid.

Hi there, David! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort!

Disneyland Resort has begun reopening to the public and is excited to begin inviting Guests back to experience the magic! In order to ensure the safety of all Guests, there have been some changes you may notice during your upcoming visit. Some of these include enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact.

Guests will also need park reservations as well as theme park tickets before entering either park. It is highly recommended that Guests check availability before purchasing their theme park tickets to verify that there is availability on their chosen travel dates. Once you have done this, you can move on to purchasing your ticket and making your theme park reservation. It is suggested that you make your reservations as soon as possible since there is limited availability!

To make your theme park reservations, head over to the My Theme Park Reservations webpage. From there, click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link. You should then be able to select which dates you would like to visit as well as which theme park you would like to visit.

If you are having any technical issues with this process, I would recommend reaching out to the Website Support phone line. Here, a helpful Cast Member will assist you with any technical issues that may be impacted your ability to make reservations!

I hope this information assists you in planning your visit to Disneyland Resort! Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you!
