I am trying to make a reservation for Epcot 4/15/2022. I have not been able to link my tickets and reservation. I purchased my tickets form AAA today.

    Hiya, Lawrence! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth this spring! I know you're looking to make a Theme Park Reservation with the Disney Park Pass system for EPCOT and you couldn't have picked a better time to visit. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom for your vacation! Be sure to sample the outdoor kitchens and check out the character topiaries (especially Kermit - he's my favorite!). Oh, and you can't miss the stunning Beacons of Magic which light up Spaceship Earth in new and exciting ways!

But in order to get you to EPCOT, we first have to link the tickets that you purchased through AAA! First, log into your My Disney Experience account online and head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page. Select Tickets and enter your confirmation code. This code may be a combination of numbers and letters. Take a look at the example tickets on the right side of this page. You'll want to enter the confirmation number exactly as it's written, including capitalizing any letters! Once you link your tickets, you'll be able to assign them to a Guest. Then, head to the Disney Park Pass page to make your Theme Park Reservations as soon as you're able! The great news is that, at the time of this writing, EPCOT is available when checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar

If you run into any problems when linking your tickets, you may want to call a Cast Member. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they're often able to add a little extra pixie dust to our situations! They'll be more than happy to take a peek at your reservations, help you to link your tickets, and make your Theme Park Reservations. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I have two tips for you! First, try calling right at 7:00 AM EST when phone lines open. This will help you to have the shortest wait times on the phone. Second, have a little patience! Cast Members' type of help has currently been in high demand since they work so hard to make every day the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'm sure a friendly voice and a little extra kindness will be warmly welcomed.

Prior to your trip, I'd recommend taking some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app! This will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food! This way, you know your meals and snacks will be ready before you ever feel a rumbly in your tumbly.

If you have any other questions, please visit us again! And remember - you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon!
