    We are trying to make a reservation on the my Disney experience app but it won't work. We're trying to make it 30 days in advance. We're on a different time zone than Fl. so we cannot contact anyone from Disney.

    I am so happy you stopped by for some help with your reservations.

    I know for me, the My Disney Experience Mobile App can be a little funny at times. So, my first suggestion to you would be to log into your My Disney Experience Account through your computer or tablet. You will be able to use the same log-in details as you use on your app. 

    Now, Jennifer, you should know that advanced dining reservations are available to book starting at 60-days out. So if nothing is showing as available, it is probably because it has already been booked. 

    Jennifer, did you know that three new dining experiences are coming back to Walt Disney World Resort? Starting May 7th you can book dinner with Mickey Mouse and Pals at Chef Mickey's. You can also dine in safari-style with Mickey & Minnie at Tusker House Restaurant. Reservations for this wild experience will be available at a later date. If you are not looking for a character meal, Cape May Café is a personal favorite of mine and will be available to book for both breakfast and dinner on May 7th.
