My Disney Experience App soon.
When Donald Duck appears with the "We had to Duck Out" message, it usually means there is a technical issue on the backend of the website. Usually, these are short-lived, and you can try again in a few minutes and the
character dining will
automagically reappear without issue. If you were trying through a web browser on a laptop or a tablet, you can also try the My Disney Experience app and see if it is glitch-free. On the app, select the "+" and follow the prompts for "Check Dining Availability."
I tried booking dining on both the
Walt Disney World Resort site and the app, and it appears the issues you experienced earlier have been fixed. I hope so! I love Donald Duck, but this is one instance in which NOT seeing him is a good thing. If he continues to stomp on your screen, you can
call Website Support for assistance. I am really hoping they found Stitch and resolved whatever havoc he might have caused that made Donald so angry.
