    Trying to request room location using online check-in. Only option it gives me is “highest floor”. Would like to put something in like close to boat transportation. Is this possible?if not, is there another option to get info on file?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope that you're getting excited for your next magical Disney adventure! With Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, gorgeous Christmas decorations, festive music, and lots of special holiday experiences going on, you'll LOVE visiting in December!

    I'm glad to hear that you're taking advantage of online check-in. When you use this great service, you can set up everything ahead of time and completely bypass the front desk. Just make sure to customize your MagicBand at least 11 days before you check in so that there's time for Disney to mail it to you at home, then when you provide an email address and/or cell phone number, you'll simply receive an email and/or text when your room is ready. Easy peasy! If during the online check-in process, you aren't able to make the room requests you'd like, such as requesting to be near to water transportation, I'd suggest calling a Cast Member at 407-934-7639 and he or she would be happy to note that request for you. While room requests cannot be guaranteed, Cast Members will do everything they can to try to give you a room that will be perfect for your stay.
