    I am trying to rent a stroller and went through ScooterBug per your website. It says they will deliver to our hotel but I wanted to know where I go in the hotel to pick that up? The delivery address on their website is different than what I have

    I have rented an ECV through ScooterBug in the past, and although I did not rent a stroller, I know that the drop-off process is similar. 

    In short, the biggest advantage of booking through ScooterBug is that they will deliver directly to Bell Services at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel!

    Simply let ScooterBug know what resort you will be staying at. Then, on your arrival day, stop by Bell Services to pick up your stroller. You will find Bell Services in the lobby of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, near the front entrance.

    Oh and, Erica, if you want to head to the parks before your room is ready, Bell Services will be happy to hold your bags for you as well. Once your room is ready, give them a call for a magical luggage delivery.
