Hi there, Susan, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh, goody, goody! It sounds like you have another fun year at the Disney Parks on the horizon. But your annual pass's expiration date is just around the river bend (or has already passed). Let's get into how you can tap into the magic again sooner than later.
First things first, keep in mind that your Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Pass can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after it expires. You are able to renew your pass on the Walt Disney World Resort website (even via the
My Disney Experience App), in-person at any of the four theme parks' ticket windows or Guest Relations, or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
AN EXTRA GEM: If you want to enroll in the Monthly Payment Plan for Florida residents like you and me, you'll need to do that in-person to take advantage of this convenient option.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with renewing online. It may be giving you a hard time because your Florida residency is not being calculated. The Disney Incredi-Pass is the only annual pass available to non-Florida residents. Make sure that you are logged in to your Disney account and that you have selected your current annual pass. If you are still having trouble, you can also renew your annual pass via
the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone number and speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help.
I hope that you have an amazing year exploring everything that the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer, Susan. If you have any additional questions, give us a holler here at planDisney.
I'm all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
