Disneyland Resort, however, I am sorry it has been a frustrating experience thus far.
If you download the
Disneyland app, once you're logged in to your Disney account, tap the three lines on the bottom right menu and scroll down to the "Chat with Us" button. From there you can join the queue to chat with a Cast Member. Be sure to turn on the app notifications, then you can do other things on your device while you wait as you'll get a mobile notification from the app to return for the conversation.
At this time, current
Magic Key pass holders can renew their passes, but no sooner than 30 days before their expiration date. If you are attempting to renew
before the 30-day window opens, unfortunately, the system may not give you that option. I recently renewed my Magic Key, and from that experience, I can share that I received an email when my window was open to renew. I highly recommend that you keep an eye out on the email account that's linked to your Magic Key pass for renewal reminders.
