I am trying to register tickets one from a radio station. Where do I find the ID number on the back of the ticket?

Welcome to planDisney, Leigha! Congratulations on winning those tickets (what a fun way to kick off a Disneyland visit). You’re in for a truly wonderful experience at the Disneyland Resort.

On standard Disneyland tickets, the ticket ID number is typically located just below the barcode on the back of the ticket. This is the number you’ll use to link the tickets to your Disney account. If your tickets don’t clearly show a ticket ID number, I recommend reaching out to the radio station that provided them, as promotional tickets can sometimes be formatted a bit differently.

Once you’ve located the ticket ID number, the next step is to link your tickets in the Disneyland app. If you haven’t already downloaded it, you’ll definitely want to do that first. After logging in, tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines) in the bottom-right corner of the app and select “My Tickets and Passes.” From there, tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner and choose “Link Tickets and Passes.” You can either manually enter the ticket ID number or use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode. Either option will link the tickets to your account and get everything ready for your visit.

One important reminder is that theme park tickets still require a theme park reservation. After your tickets are linked, head to the “Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page on the Disneyland website and choose the option for Guests who already have tickets. Follow the prompts to select your dates and starting theme park, and you’ll be all set once availability is confirmed.

While you’re getting everything organized, I highly recommend spending a little time exploring the Disneyland app. It’s an incredibly helpful tool during your visit, offering real-time attraction wait times, entertainment schedules, mobile food ordering, and character appearance information. Q-Tip: Main Street, U.S.A. is a fantastic place to begin your day if character interactions are on your wish list. You’ll often spot Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and even a few Princesses greeting Guests early in the morning.

I hope this helps you get your winning tickets ready for an unforgettable visit, Leigha! If you have any more questions as you plan, we’d love to welcome you back here at planDisney.

Wishing you smooth setup and a picture-perfect Disneyland day,
    David
