    I am trying to register my annual pass on the website, but seem to be putting in the wrong numbers? Can you let me know which numbers go where? Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Pati!
    Registering your Annual Pass online can be a little tricky. As there are different types of tickets given for passes, each one has its own number format. There are AP's purchased at the parks, AP's purchased at the Disney Store, AP's purchased online, and AP's that are hard tickets (not the soft Tyvek ones). Its a bit hard to discern what type of AP you have, but my best suggestion is to look at the AP web page which shows the backs of the tickets. Find the one that corresponds to yours and enter your numbers there. If you continue to have difficulty with registration, you can call (407) 560-PASS and they will be able to assist you.
