Hello, we are trying to be prepared for our incoming cruise on the Disney Treasure on October 11-18 Halloween on High Seas. Our questions are, is there going to be a pirate themed night? And how many events are there where we are encouraged to dress up?

Boo to you, Victor! Thanks for sailing by planDisney.

You will LOVE the Treasure and your upcoming Halloween on the High Seas sail. She is the perfect ship for you to have frightful adventures. From trick-or-treating to vogueing during a costume party with Edna Mode, you will have a fiendishly delightful time!

There are a few nights where you can expect to dress up, so let's dive into  your anticipated schedule so that you know when to look spooky and when to look dapper:

    • Night 2 - Formal - imagine Belle descending the castle stairs or the Dapper Dans getting ready for a night out on the town. This is the night to go all out and bust out the clothes you always say you wish you had an excuse to wear!

    • Night 4 - Pirate night - channel Jack Sparrow, grab your scalliwag swag, and party like a pirate! (This is also pyro night!)

    • Night 5 - Halloween night - whether you're Jack Skellington or the Sanderson Sisters, tonight equals full-blown haunting garb for those spooky selfies! Adults and kiddos can dress up like their favorite characters and enjoy the hauntingly hilarious activities across the ship. Take advantage of the fantastic onboard photographers on this night. Your family decked out in costumes would make a great holiday photo card!

Victor, the first and last nights on the cruise will be cruise casual, so besides not wearing swimsuits in the restaurants, you can wear what you like. The sixth night of your cruise is an optional semi-formal night - think nice restaurant attire, or you can bust out your second ballgown!

You know where to find us if you have any other questions. I wish you a treasure-trove full of magic on your haunting sail!
