    We are trying to get the premium magic bands for our trip in October, but every time we try to tap on a theme or a premium color or anything premium, it loads saying no results ? We don’t understand why it’s not working, what should we do?

    Hi Kristin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    When the option to upgrade solid-color MagicBands that are complimentary with a Disney Resort Hotel stay to MagicBands featuring Disney characters and designs was introduced a few weeks ago, it was so popular that the upgrade options are currently out of stock.  It is a small thing, but certainly adds a little extra Disney fun to an already magical vacation.  I'm in the same boat as you; I didn't customize my MagicBands yet for my trip later this year and currently I don't have any of the upgrade options available either.  I've decided I am just going to try to be patient and wait to customize my MagicBands until much closer to my trip.

    Since your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is not until October, I would just check back periodically to see if the stock has been replenished.  You still have several months in which to customize your MagicBands.  As long as you have made your selections at least 11 days prior to your arrival, you'll receive your MagicBands mailed to your home.  While I'm willing to bet upgrade options will become available in time for your October vacation, if there is a particular design that is calling your name, there is always the option to order a retail MagicBand.  Another option would be to do a little online shopping for MagicBand embellishments.  My girls found some cute stickers on etsy that they used to decorate their MagicBands.  There are some really creative ideas out there!
