I am SO glad you stopped by with your question -- I just had this very same problem when placing my own
MagicBand order! I kept getting an error message that my payment information couldn't be processed. I tried signing out of my account, relaunching the browser, and trying again, but the same thing kept happening. Finally, I switched to an incognito window, and my order went through without an issue. I use Chrome as my web browser and I can open an incognito window by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the page.
Alanna, if that doesn't fix the issue, you may want to wait until you arrive to purchase your MagicBands. You'll find them for sale in many merchandise locations through Walt Disney World Resort, including at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels and
Disney Springs. I've noticed that sometimes there is a better selection when shopping in person than when ordering online. I have also noticed that shipping is taking a bit longer than usual.
