We are trying to plan our WDW vacation for park days being May 20-23 or June 3-6. Is there a significant difference between the two weeks regarding weather and crowds?

    Hi Carla!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We love being able to help guests just like you plan their most magical vacation.  Here, you will find our best tips and recommendations for making your time at Walt Disney World memorable!

Having been able to experience Walt Disney World at varying times throughout the year, I can speak with a bit of authority when I say that you're best bet will be the week of May 20-23.  Primarily, the schools in Florida and the SouthEast United States are still in attendance, therefore lowering the probability of increased crowds and traffic at the theme parks and resorts. Also of note is that both these weeks fall into Disney's regular pricing category, so ultimately it will come down to personal preference.  Weather is quite similar for both those weeks, with highs in the 80's and evening lows of the 70's.

One MAJOR factor that you need to keep in mind is that both these weekends will be Star Wars Weekends at Hollywood Studios.  These are immensely popular, and may increase the crowd level and attendance level for HS.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
