Hi, I am trying to plan a trip for a party of 9. We were looking a the week after christmas (26th -jan 2nd) or April 16th - 24th. Any suggestions? needs to be on school vacation week because of school. Also, when would be better weather, less crowds

Hi, John!  You have chosen two very busy times at Walt Disney World, but I think it's safe to say that the week between Christmas and New Year's is THE busiest time of the year at Walt Disney World.  The weather is usually cool and comfortable, and the decorations for the holidays and the holiday festivities are amazing, but if you are looking for lighter crowds, the April week is going to be a little bit better.

The April weather should still be very nice - in the 80s during the day - but you will find yourself sharing the theme parks with spring breakers.  Fortunately, not everyone has their spring break at the same time, so the crowds are a little bit more manageable.

    I hope that helps!
