    I am trying to plan a trip for my first trip to WDW. Would early March be better or early February be best? I want to have good weather, plus be able to enjoy my first trip to disney to the fullest. Also my group will consist of only people in mid 20s.

    Hi, Melinda!  When planning a trip in early February or early March, you have to think about spring break crowds.  The peak of the spring break is usually during the week before and after Easter, but with colleges taking spring breaks beginning in February and running through April, you may encounter higher than normal crowds in early March. 

    If I were going to choose, as long as you avoid President's Day Weekend, I would say early February is a great time to go.  The typical weather is dry and comfortable in the low to mid-70s during the day.  That's my kind of theme park weather!

    You will find March temperatures a bit warmer, with highs closer to 80, so if you are hoping to spend some time in the water parks, you might think the weather is more suitable in March.  It might be a trade off though with the spring break crowds beginning to arrive.  If you are planning a trip in 2011, Easter is later in the spring (April 24), so in early March, you are still likely to miss the bulk of the spring break crowd.
