We are trying to plan a short 4 day trip with our two boys 21/2 and 1yr mid mar-mid may...can you suggest which dates are best to travel within this time frame? ie) least busy? Also which hotels are the best to stay at with such little ones?

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Laura! We're glad you're hEAR!  Walt Disney World is such a Magical place to visit and your boys are in for a real treat! I would suggest traveling towards the end of April through Mid-May.Mid-March through Mid-April is one of the busiest times of the year to visit Walt Disney World as many families on Spring Break Holidays visit during this time. When schools are back in session, the parks tend to be less crowded.I think it would be much easier with your young boys to navigate the parks when they are less crowded. All of the Walt Disney World Resorts offer great theming, impeccable service, and complimentary transportation. Because your boys are still small, I would suggest a Magic Kingdom Resort for your stay.My favorite of the Magic Kingdom Resorts is Disney's Polynesian Resort. You will be able to travel to and from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot via Disney's Monorail transportation, which is very convenient for those midday breaks/naps.Another plus to traveling to the parks via monorail is the fact that you will not have to close your stroller.I have traveled on the buses many times with small toddlers and it can be quite challenging to hold the collapsed stroller and a sleeping toddler. The rooms are very spacious at the Polynesian Resort and come equipped with a coffee maker and mini-refrigerator.The Nanea Volcano Pool, featuring a 40-foot high volcano with a waterfall and 142- foot tubular waterslide, also has a zero-degree entry area perfect for those "little nemos." Nearby is a children's wet-play area! Another family favorite is Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort, themed after the Great American Northwest Park Lodges. I am out of room, but please write back if you have any other questions. I would love to assist you in planning a Most Magical Walt Disney World Vacation!
