We are trying to plan our second WDW vacation we went in july last year and loved it but we would like to try a different time of year. Would you suggest april 3rd to the 10th or Oct. over halloween?- Thanks

I would choose late October over early April. The weather would likely be similar, but you'll face smaller crowds in October. The Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween parties will likely be busy with locals, but otherwise park attendance will be low to moderate. In April, many school districts throughout the country will be on a spring break. If you click on THIS list of Frequently Asked Disney questions, you'll see that WDW considers October to be a low attendance time and April to be a high attendance time. Additionally, you are likely to find more discounts and lower room prices at a lower attendance time of year.
