Hi, we are trying to plan some of our meals for our upcoming trip, about how long can we expect it to take us to get from our hotel (All Star Movies) to various places within WDW. Also Is there a way to view travel times? Thank You

Hi, Mike!  Cold enough up here in Jersey for you?  It's really making me look forward to my next trip to Florida!

My best advice if you are using Walt Disney World transportation to get from your resort to any other part of Walt Disney World is to allow yourself an hour of travel time.  In some cases, you may find you don't need that much, but I always err on the side of caution and give myself plenty of time.

You don't say when you're traveling, but if you'll be there during a busy time - like spring break or Fourth of July weekend - you may even want to allow an hour and a half.  The worst thing that can happen is you have time to see an attraction or browse some of the hotel shops before you are seated for your meal.

There isn't any place to get exact times, because it changes so frequently based on crowd level and demand for transportation, but you can get a good overview of the resort transportation options by visiting this page Walt Disney World Resort Transportation.

In a pinch, if you're running late, you can always grab a taxi.  In my experience, you can get pretty much anywhere on Walt Disney World property for under $20 in a cab, and it will save you from waiting for resort transportation if you're in a rush!

    Have a great vacation!
