I am trying to plan my kids first trip to Disney in September 2011. It's been over 10 years since DH and I have been there. Are the hours still close to summer hours? Do they change for MNSSHP? Want to max out our possible time in the parks. Thanks!

    Hi Mary,

Disney in September will find shorter hours than the summer but also smaller crowds. This means you can tour more in less time.

There will be many opportunities to attend one of my family favorites, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). This after hours event will be open from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am for guests who purchased a separate ticket. The parade and limited waits is one of the best reason to attend in costume or not. Plus the free candy!

Hours for the parks will be posted around May so you can begin planning your vacation!

    I hope it is magical!
