I am trying to plan our first Disney Cruise for our daughter's 5th birthday in February. We will be traveling with her and our son who will be 11 months old. We are looking at the Oceanview deluxe family room, but will a pack n play fit in there ok?

    Ahoy, Rebecca!

I love your idea to set sail for a magical birthday at sea for your daughter's special day next February! It will be a memorable inaugural sailing for your entire crew especially for your birthday princess. If you want to add some extra pixie dust to the celebration, there are festive in-room decorations, birthday treats and cakes that can be purchased prior to your departure. You'll want to check out the Gift and Amenities Section on the Disney Cruise Line website for all the details!

Now back to your question! When my family first set sail with Disney Cruise Line, my son was still in his crib so we used a Pack-n-Play in our stateroom. There was no problem with it fitting in the space, and we communicated with our stateroom host about naptime so he knew that we wanted to leave it up during the day. Disney Cruise Line makes cruising with little ones very easy so be sure to check out all that is offered before you set sail. Bottle warmers, bottle sterilizers and diaper disposal units are all complimentary and available for you to use while onboard. Traveling with a little sailor is really so simple!

Rebecca, good luck with your plans for your first enchanted voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line! We hope you'll visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have about cruising with Captain Mickey.

    Have a wonderful day!
