I am trying to plan a family reunion for Halloween Oct 30- Nov 1 to include Oogie Boogie Bash ! How can I have a Disney Member contact me to help me plan this event for up to 21 family members plus a support dog ( medium size terrier)

    Welcome back to planDisney, Nicole!

I always love hearing from fellow Nevadans! I grew up taking large family trips from Nevada to Disneyland Resort, and I know you are going to have a great time!

It looks like my buddy Al provided you with some helpful tips recently. He made a great recommendation about hiring an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, which is an expert travel agent who can manage most of the details for your group. Since these vacation planners are not employees of Disneyland Resort, I have been able to find Authorized Disney Vacation Planners by asking friends and family who they recommend, as well as by searching in local social media groups.

If you would like to make hotel reservations on your own, your group can make multiple online reservations. A maximum of 8 Guests can be added to each online reservation. Or, you can make larger party reservations over the phone by contacting The Walt Disney Travel Company

I know how vital service animals are to the health and well-being of some Guests. Fortunately, trained service animals are welcome in most locations throughout the Disneyland Resort, and there are even outdoor relief areas for the service animals. Keep in mind that service animals may not be permitted to ride to some attractions. You can speak with a Cast Member at those locations about available options.

The Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is one of my favorite special events at Disneyland! With immersive treat trails, a fantastic parade, and low wait times for attractions, Oogie Boogie Bash is wildly popular. As Al mentioned in his response, tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash are not available yet. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for ticket information and dates.

Before your trip, I suggest downloading the Disneyland mobile app. Not only can you view park maps on it, but you can also make reservations at different dining locations. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, and with a large group, it's best to make reservations as soon as the restaurant becomes available. For bigger groups, I like Storyteller's Cafe, Naples Ristorante e Bar, and Goofy's Kitchen.

Nicole, thanks again for contacting us at planDisney! I hope you have a spooktacular visit to Disneyland Resort!
