Hi there Marge,
I am thrilled that you have stopped back at planDisney with this great question.
Disney Springs often gets overlooked when Guests are planning their
Walt Disney World Resort itinerary and then they do not have enough time to enjoy everything this area has to offer.
Yes, you can absolutely spend an entire day at Disney Springs! Let's start the day with some serious shopping. Disney Springs is home to hundreds of shops that sell everything from aprons to Zazu plushies. Not only is it home to a gigantic World of Disney, but you will also find plenty of specialty stores selling items like Christmas decorations, trading pins, Legos, and Star Wars merchandise. You can also fund numerous high-end retail options like Ugg, Under-Armour and Pandora. Need some re-fueling to continue your shopping adventures? No worry - Disney Springs is home to a long list of restaurants (both quick service and table options) as well as plenty of dessert locations. If you are looking to quench your thirst, you will find plenty of choices between the various coffee shops, food stands and lounges.
Once you are all shopped out, and have filled the "rumbly in your tumbly", there is still plenty for you to enjoy with all the entertainment options. You can grab a movie at the theatre, jump on a
hot air balloon for a bird's eye view of the Disney World area or even bowl a few frames at
Splitsville Luxury Lanes. And just when you thought there was nothing else to do, don't forget about all the wonderful entertainers performing on the various stage locations throughout Disney Springs. There are so many things to do, you may need to come back for a second day!
I hope this helps with your planning. If I can help with any additional questions, please stop back and
see me.
With pixie dust,
Margaret
