Ahoy Angie!
The food on a Disney Cruise is absolutely delicious and the variety of offerings is endless! There are sit-down options in the main dining rooms, but you will also find buffets, counter service, quick bites and room service that are all included in your cruise fare! Each night, dinner is served in two seatings-First or Second. First is offered at 5:45 and second is at 8:15. When you book your cruise, you will be asked to select which option works best for your crew. There are three main dining rooms that you will rotate through with your amazing servers. If you are on a sailing that is longer than 3 nights, you will rotate to the restaurants for a second time depending on how long you are onboard. On 3 & 4 night sailings, you have an optional dress-up night with the other nights being Cruise Casual or
Pirate Night (dress like a pirate is also optional.) On a seven-night or longer cruise, you will have a Formal & Semi-Formal Night planned. Many Guests dress in long gowns and tuxedos, but the variety of attire will vary. The other options at night include the
adult-only dining restaurants (reservation only), casual dining restaurant, counter service or ordering room service. The casual dining restaurant is not scheduled seating time, and room service is 24 hours a day!
I hope my answer helps with your planning, Angie! If you have any other cruise questions, please write back! I'm always happy to help!
Have a magical day!
