    Hi moms! trying to plan how to buy stuff in the parks. Are there things you can only pay cash for, and if so what? If I give each kid a Disney gift card can they use it to buy what they like with it,like ice cream, balloons etc? Help! :) Thanks

    Hi Janette,

    With technology, most items can be bought with a gift card. This includes most snacks as they can be purchased with the Disney Dining Plan.

    I am not sure if balloons are on available for purchase with a gift card so I might have $20 available for those items which are not available for electronic purchase.
