Trying to pick restaurant for Saturday night of our stay at Disney. We are a recently engaged couple, no kids, trying to enjoy Disney to full extent. Currently have reservations at Kona Cafe, but would Sanaa/Jiko or something different be better choice?

Hi Jessica! Walt Disney World has lots of great date-night restaurants! The Kona Cafe has tasty food, but its atmosphere is not as romantic as some of the other restaurants at Disney. Jiko is a great choice for an upscale gourmet meal. The food there is unique and delicious and the restaurant is generally darker, quieter, and less filled with children than other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for couples. Sanaa also features unique cuisine and you can watch the animals on the savanna while you dine. The California Grill is also a great romantic restaurant. The food there is delicious and the view is spectacular. After you eat, you can watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the private outdoor viewing area. If you like Mexican food, La Hacienda de San Angel also offers a wonderful view of the Illuminations fireworks from its giant windows.

Have a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
