    Hi, I have been trying to make park reservations, and it is impossible. The web keeps showing an error "We're having trouble loading this screen." I checked several times and the days I want to go are green.

    The first thing I would do is try to update your browser. It’s also important to note that Walt Disney World Resort webpages work best when you use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers.

    If you still aren’t having any luck making your Disney Park Pass Reservations, you can call (011) 5354-8119 to speak with a Cast Member or send the resort an email detailing your issue.
