Hiya Kathleen - welcome to planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists today. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
It's great to hear that your family has your help keeping all of the planning in order. In many cases, making Park Pass Reservations is the first step. I'm sorry that you're not seeing everyone in your travel party when trying to do so!
There are a couple of things that could be going on here. First, it might be the case that those additional four members of your party do not have Theme Park Tickets assigned to them. This is a common issue that happens sometimes if tickets aren't assigned to each Guest when they are purchased, or if tickets have been reassigned. To check, use the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the menu icon (≡) in the lower right corner, and then navigate to Tickets and Passes to make sure everyone has the correct ticket or pass assigned to them.
There's another possible explanation, depending on when you're planning to visit. Walt Disney World recently announced changes to Park Pass Reservation requirements, and
some ticket types will no longer require reservations beginning in early January. It's possible that you're not seeing those four members of your party because their ticket type doesn't require a reservation. For example, if the other six members of your party are
Annual Passholders, which will continue to require Park Pass Reservations, that might explain what you're seeing.
If looking into those two issues doesn't provide a clear solution, I highly recommend
calling and speaking to a Cast Member to learn more about your specific situation. Once you're here visiting Mickey and his pals, be sure to check out all of the new offerings, including Magic Kingdom Park's newest thrill -
TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise!See ya real soon!
