    I have been trying to order the customized maps but recieve the following error: Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please visit www.disneyworld.com. is there any other way to get these other than the website. Are they worth having as a keepsake?

    Hi Heather! The customized maps of the parks do make wonderful keepsakes of your Walt Disney World vacation!

    I'm sorry you're having trouble ordering them; unfortunately, you're not the only person who has received error messages recently. Click here for some tips on how to solve the most common reasons for the error messages. If those tips don't help, telephone the technical support line at 407- 939-7765 and press 2; they will walk you through the process step by step to make sure you receive your customized maps!
