    Trying to do online check in for POFQ & the special request box would not let me do anything. Is this supposed to be a free text box or have options to click on? I tried two different web browsers to see if that was the problem but no luck! Any ideas

    Hi, Kari! I'm not sure why it isn't showing up for you, but the last time I checked in online there wasn't a problem.  If you still want to check in online, I would wait a while and try again.  Checking in online is the way to go if you don't have any special requests.  It saves time upon arrival because you basically just walk up and claim your welcome information and your Key to the World cards.  If you do have special requests, you should be aware that there are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. If you need to request something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
