Hi April! Welcome to planDisney!
It's so exciting that you're planning for an upcoming trip to
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Whether it's your first or fiftieth time visiting the Resort, you know that you're just going to be dazzled by the experiences, attractions, fireworks and dining options. I'm sorry you've been having trouble linking your tickets to the rest of your reservation. Let's see if we can remedy that for you so that you can plan the rest of your magical stay!
I'm sure you want your tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account so that you can begin planning out your daily itinerary and grab your
Park Pass Reservations. If you made your hotel and ticket reservations at the same time, there is a possibility that the tickets were linked automatically during this transaction. If not, you'll need the confirmation number from your purchase. This can be found in your confirmation email.
Linking your tickets should be a breeze now as long as you have that number! You'll see in the previous link that you'll be able to choose which type of reservation or purchase you want to link. You'll want to click "select" under the "Ticket" icon and sign in to your My Disney Experience account. From here you'll be prompted to enter your confirmation number or Ticket ID number from your email.
If you're still having trouble, try using a different web browser. Just yesterday I was searching another website and kept hitting dead ends. Once I switched my browser, everything worked fine! It's worth a shot! April,
if you're still having trouble linking your tickets I would suggest speaking to a friendly Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member at the Existing Reservations line. Their phone number is (407)934-7639. They'll be able to help you by pulling up your reservation directly.
I hope once you get your tickets linked you'll be able to start the fun part of planning! Do you want to start your trip in
Disney's Hollywood Studios, catching up with all your pals from Toy Story? How about spending your last evening dining at
Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort and then making your way to Magic Kingdom for
Disney Enchantment? The options are endless and I just know you're going to have an incredible time.
Enjoy!
