One of the things I love about working with the amazing folks here at planDisney is that no matter what question our Guests may ask, it's almost a guarantee that one of us has experienced exactly that situation! I've never purchased one of the slap-tastically adorable
MagicBand slap bracelets myself, but I discovered that my planDisney pal Eean not only has one, but she also had a problem locating the ID number to link it.
Her solution was to pop out the center icon (the puck with the Mickey head on it), and hot dog! The number was there! Eean's experiment is worth a try, and with any luck you'll find just what you need to
link that band to your My Disney Experience account.
If you're still having trouble getting your slap bracelet linked, you can
give Guest Relations a call at the number listed for Website Support and a Cast Member can walk you through it. Do note that hold times have been pretty lengthy these days, so if you can possibly wait until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, a Cast Member at your Resort hotel front desk or in Guest Relations in the theme parks can also take care of it for you. In the meantime, if you have any
older MagicBands or Admission Cards assigned to those Guests, they can still be used to enter the parks until you get the slap bracelets up and running. But I have a good feeling about this, Elizabeth! I bet you'll find that number and be ready to go!
