    I am trying to link my tickets to set up my park visits but the website does not load and I keep getting an error. I have tried calling but the call cant be completed and the one time i got through I waited 45 mins of the estimated at least 90 mins , dropp

    How frustrating it is to have technology not working the way it should! 

    If you are unable to load your My Disney Experience Account, I recommend that you try to access it on a different browser. Sometimes I find that by switching between Safari and Chrome, I am able to fix a lot of my issues. 

    If you are still unable to access the website and link your theme park tickets, you will need to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at tech support. I have found that I experience the shortest hold times by calling first thing in the morning, so I recommend that you try calling around 7:00 am Eastern time if possible. 

    Even with your technical difficulties, I know you will have a magical vacation, Brian!
