If you are unable to load your
My Disney Experience Account, I recommend that you try to access it on a different browser. Sometimes I find that by switching between Safari and Chrome, I am able to fix a lot of my issues.
If you are still unable to access the website and link your
theme park tickets, you will need to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at tech support. I have found that I experience the shortest hold times by calling first thing in the morning, so I recommend that you try calling around 7:00 am Eastern time if possible.
