Trying to link tickets purchased thru Dvc to my disney experience

    Hi Donna!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you’ve planned a spring trip to the Walt Disney World Resort with your Disney Vacation Club Membership. My family is counting down the days to our July visit. While linking tickets to My Disney Experience is usually easy, sometimes it takes a few steps to find the right place to begin. Let me see if I can walk you through the steps and get you on your way to the magic! I think it is easiest to link things on my desktop, just because I tend to make a mistake typing in long numbers on my mobile device, but we will talk about both methods.

On a desktop device, begin by logging in to My Disney Experience. Even though you are already logged in, look to the right-hand side of the menu options at the top of the image, but under all the Covid-19 warnings and updates, and click again where it says My Disney Experience. Choose where it says My Plans. You should see an image of the four park icons. Scroll down and you should see several blue circles with options for Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. If you either hover over or click where it says Park Tickets, you’ll see two options open. One is to Select Tickets, and the second is to Link Tickets. Go ahead and select Link Tickets. This will take you to the correct page to get started. Enter the ticket number or confirmation number you were given by Disney Vacation Club in the box that asks for an ID Number. If you have multiple numbers, choose Add Another ID Number and keep adding each number you have. You may have only one number for multiple tickets, so don’t worry if that is the case. Once you have the number or numbers entered, choose the green Next button in the lower right corner. The system will then let you assign each ticket to a member of your group.

Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app and choose the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. This will open a new menu, and in the upper left, you will see Tickets and Passes. This will show you any active tickets linked to your party or Family & Friends you are linked to. In the upper right corner, you’ll see a blue plus sign. Choose that and you’ll be given the option to either buy new tickets or Link Tickets & Passes. Choose that second option and you'll then be able to type in your ticket or confirmation number, or if you have a physical ticket in hand you can scan the bar code. From there you’ll be prompted to assign each ticket to a member of your party.

I hope this helps you navigate the system, Donna! If you are still struggling, or something isn’t working as expected, I recommend calling My Disney Experience tech support.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
