Hello Tamika!
Welcome to planDisney! With
My Disney Experience, you'll have all of your park plans, reservations, and theme park tickets organized in one place. I love My Disney Experience, but I do think there is a bit of a learning curve when you first begin. You've come to the right place asking here on planDisney, and I think I can walk you through getting your tickets linked.
If you have ticket numbers or a ticket confirmation number for multiple tickets, you will use that number to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. On a desktop go to My Disney Experience and choose My Plans. This will open a window with a cool graphic of the four theme parks, and under there you'll see options for adding Family & Friends, Resort Reservations and then Park Tickets. This My Plans page is your go-to location for your vacation planning. Hover or select Park Tickets and you'll be given the option to either purchase or link park tickets. Go ahead and select Link Tickets and you'll be prompted to enter the number you have. This should link the tickets to your account. You can then associate each ticket with a member of your travel party.
If you purchased your
Disney Theme Park Tickets as part of a package on the Disney Parks Website and don't have a number to work with, your tickets are likely already linked to your account, but you just need to assign each ticket to each member of your party. To do this, start the same way as above and go to My Plans. Under the blue buttons that offer you to link resort reservations and tickets, you'll see My Planning Party, and under that My Plans & Reservations. In that area, just under where it says My Plans & Reservations, and to the right, you'll see two menu options. It defaults to Daily Itinerary. But you'll see an option for Tickets & Memory Maker. If you select that option you'll see all the tickets in your account and who they are assigned to. If you have unassigned tickets, you can then select a member of your travel party to assign each ticket to.
If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, hit the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of the home screen. You'll open a new menu and you'll want to choose Tickets and Passes. Once on that screen, you'll see tickets associated with your account and to your Family & Friends. You can assign tickets from this screen. If you need to add a ticket number, choose the small blue + in the upper right corner and from there you can either buy tickets or link tickets.
I hope this helps you get your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience Account. If you are continuing to struggle or your ticket numbers are giving you trouble, you can call
My Disney Experience Tech Support for further help.
Have a magical day, and please come back to visit us with more questions as you plan your visit. We are here to help!
