    I am trying to link my park hopper tickets to my Disney account so I can have them on my phone. I purchased 2 adult 3 day park hopper tickets on April 15, 2021.

    I love that you’re getting ready for an adventure in the great wide somewhere! Disneyland Resort has reopened its gates, and I am so excited you’re going to experience the magic!

    Rebecca, to link your tickets to your Disneyland mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. Once you have done this, select “Tickets and Passes” and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of the screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will allow you to enter the ticket numbers manually or scan each ticket's barcode with your smartphone's camera. If you have already tried this and it doesn’t work, I recommend you call Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help you take care of this issue.
