Hello, Jennifer,"Oh, bother." I’m sorry you seem to be having difficulty with linking and pairing your MagicBand+ devices. I’ve had some difficulties with pairing our MagicBand+ devices too. Maybe some of the things I’ve experienced can be of use to you too. It sounds like you have already tried several things to resolve your MagicBand+ issue. So I apologize in advance if anything I share here is a repeat of some that you have already attempted.I recommend starting with the regular MagicBand+ setup steps. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, the next step would be to follow the steps on the MagicBand+ support page. If that doesn’t fix things then here are a few more ideas I would like to share.
