linking your MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account, and I'd be happy to try to offer a few solutions so it will be all ready for you when you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth! First, sometimes that pesky Stitch just likes to cause momentary troubles for no reason. My first piece of advice is simply to try the
My Disney Experience mobile app if you've been working online and try online if you've been in the app. If that doesn't work, just wait a little bit and try again at a later time. Sometimes that's all it takes. I'd also encourage you to try entering the number
with the dashes. If you've tried that and you're still having troubles, I'd recommend
calling a friendly Cast Member to help you get it all straightened out.
