Hey there, hi there, Jennifer!
It’s a beautiful day at planDisney, and I’m so excited to welcome you here! And three chEARs! I see your trip is nEAR!
I’m sure you’re ready to finish up your plans so you can begin your vacation, and I’m happy to discuss with you how you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations, especially because they’re required with your tickets to enter the theme parks.
Jennifer, I, too, have gotten an error message in the past while making my Disney Park Pass reservations. I think it’s because I have an Annual Pass, theme park tickets, and future
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations made under my account, which confuses the system. Sometimes, hitting the refresh button does the trick; however, when this doesn’t work, I try a different method of signing in. For instance, if I’m using my desktop to make my
Disney Park Pass reservations, I try going through
My Disney Experience Mobile app instead. To do this, open up the app and select the "+" on the bottom middle of the screen, and then “Make a Park Reservation.” Once you’ve logged in, select your party, park pass date, and theme park of choice. Then, follow the steps to confirm and complete the process, and hopefully, that should do the trick!
If you're still getting an error message, I would recommend chatting with a friendly Cast Member through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app. Because you’re chatting through the app, the Cast Member can look into your account and either help you make the park passes, subject to availability, or they can help give you options. To chat with a Cast Member, please go back to the app's Home Screen and select the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner. You’ll want to scroll down and select the option, “Chat With Us,” and a Cast Member will be happy to help you!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Jennifer. Have an enchanting time!
Aena
